Founder & CEO, Tanisha explored many career paths that would ultimately lead her to venture into entrepreneurship starting her vegan ice cream company, Dreamy Vegan. 

 
As a UCLA Alumni, Tanisha gained an illustrious wealth of knowledge and career experience in education, music entertainment, sports entertainment, tv/film, non-profit, community, events, and now entrepreneurship. 

 
Tanisha's most recent accomplishment earned her a Women’s Entrepreneurship certificate from Cornell University. 

 
The story of how Dreamy Vegan came into fruition began in the kitchen of her great-grandmother’s house. Tanisha's eyes marveled in awe and wonderment of her great-grandmother Meme's homemade treats as a kid.

Although she was not raised a vegan - in fact, she never heard of the word vegan until her adult years - she explored healthier dietary habits to help combat her food sensitivities and health conditions. 

 
Tanisha was born with asthma, allergies, and eczema that caused many trips in and out of the hospital during her adolescence. As an adult, she decided to take matters into her own hands to help alleviate these ailments. She adopted a flexitarian lifestyle that gave her the freedom to often consume vegan foods.
 

Dreamy Vegan offers a non-dairy, no-nuts, no eggs, option for children and adults who suffer from food allergies, lactose intolerant, and those who simply want to indulge in delicious vegan ice cream. 

 
Tanisha’s mother once shared a story of her desire to become an ice cream truck driver from a very young age. Her dream is finally coming true.
